WPC wall panels in Uzbekistan: reserve batches for phased projects
A distributor can have enough stock overall but still lack the right material for the final phase of a project. Uzbekistan buyers should agree how WPC stock is reserved and released before selling the same available balance to several customers.

Maintain a project allocation record that identifies product, finish, batch, reserved quantity and release status. Distinguish a confirmed reservation from an enquiry or forecast. Do not promise a later phase from stock that remains unallocated.
Define what reservation actually means
Agree who owns the material, where it is held, how long the reservation lasts and what releases it. Keep payment and storage terms in the commercial agreement rather than assuming them from an email saying stock is available. Identify whether the reserved quantity includes agreed spares and whether any open cartons are part of the allocation.
Track the batch alongside the SKU
A product code can remain the same across separate production lots. GS1’s traceability standard explains how batch-level identification distinguishes such material. Use the supplier’s actual identifiers and do not invent a barcode or certification claim. Link each reserved lot to the approved sample and project record so warehouse staff can see why apparently interchangeable cartons may need to remain separate.
Control each partial release
Before dispatching a phase, check the project quantity, carton condition and batch allocation. Record what left, what remains and any discrepancy. Keep returned or damaged material out of the available balance until it is reviewed. If a substitute batch is proposed, obtain approval before shipment and consider the visible continuity of adjoining areas rather than treating the replacement as an administrative change.
Review the remaining commitment
For Uzbekistan deliveries, coordinate the release plan with the actual project programme and transport arrangements. Reconfirm the reservation if the programme changes. Ask the supplier for storage guidance and avoid assuming material can wait indefinitely in any warehouse. At project closure, explicitly release or retain the balance so it does not remain stranded in an ambiguous stock category.
Before you request a quotation
- Written reservation terms and named project owner.
- SKU, finish, batch and approved sample reference.
- Reserved, dispatched and remaining quantities reconciled.
- Substitution approval and end-of-project stock decision.
Frequently asked questions
Does “in stock” mean the material is reserved for my project?
Not necessarily. Obtain an explicit allocation and the terms under which it is held.
Does one SKU guarantee identical appearance across phases?
Do not assume that. Track the supplied lots and approve any proposed change against the project’s appearance requirements.
Next step
Send Luvie the phased Uzbekistan project quantities and expected release sequence. Ask what reservation arrangements can be agreed and which product identifiers will accompany each delivery.
