An OEM or private-label wall panel order needs two approvals: the physical product and the brand presentation. Confirm the product specification, approved sample, model naming, carton artwork, labels, manuals, legal marks and approval responsibility before production.
Keep product and branding records linked
The buyer's model code should map clearly to the factory SKU, color and profile. This prevents a branded carton from being correct while the enclosed product reference is ambiguous.
Approve print-ready artwork
Define carton dimensions, print colors, languages, barcodes, handling marks and country-of-origin requirements. Use a final artwork file and signed approval rather than screenshots from messaging apps.
Plan changes and reorders
