Sample approval should include the system—not only the face
A buyer should review the visible surface under relevant lighting, but the panel face is only part of the decision.
Ask for the matching trim schedule and clarify how joints, corners, ends, lighting cut-outs and service penetrations will be treated.
For a ceiling project, also establish the substrate or framing route and who is responsible for installation confirmation. A material name alone does not make a ceiling assembly suitable for every project.
